Surendar Sokkanathan

Surendar Sokkanathan has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as Sr Director of Technology - Global Areas at McDermott International Inc. since August 2015, along with a previous role as Director of Technology for the Middle East & Asia Pacific. Prior to McDermott, Surendar spent nearly a decade at Baker Hughes in various leadership positions, including IT Leader for the Middle East & Asia Pacific and Sr Manager for Region Business Support. Additional expertise includes significant roles at Honeywell as Sr Systems & Network Specialist. Surendar's educational background encompasses a Master of Computer Applications from Annamalai University, a Post Graduate Programme in Financial Management from St Joseph's College of Business Administration, and certifications as a Project Management Professional and Certified Information Security Manager, among others.
