Rachel Loye

Rachel Loye is currently the Director of Financial Services Practice at McDermott + Bull, where Rachel leads the recruitment of top talent for various financial firms. Prior to this, Rachel held roles as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Executive Recruiter within the same practice. Rachel has previous experience as an Account Manager at Actalent and a Finance Intern at Impresa Aerospace, LLC. Rachel also worked as an Account Assistant at Brandnation while in college. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
