Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since January 2023, previously serving as an Associate in the same firm from October 2017 to March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy from April 2022 to November 2022 and various positions at McDermott Will & Emery, including Summer Associate and Associate. Andrew also worked as an Intake Assistant at the International Refugee Assistance Project and held law clerk and intern roles at Kim & Chang and the U.S. Department of State, respectively. Andrew Kim earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics from the University of Virginia, and a High School Diploma from Seoul International School.
