Andrew Kratenstein is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently serving as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since March 2007, Andrew has honed litigation skills following a prior role as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2000 to March 2007. Andrew began the legal career as a Law Clerk under Hon. Richard W. Roberts at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia from August 1999 to September 2000. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School (1996-1999) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Cornell University (1992-1996).
