Claire has held various roles such as Senior Technology Training Manager, IT Training Team Lead, IT Training Manager for Europe & Asia, IT Technology Manager, and IT Trainer in different offices. Claire has also worked as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst and Lead System Trainer at Express Newspapers. Claire holds a degree in Executive Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
