Dan Woodard

Dan Woodard is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where experience spans from September 2015 to the present, including a prior role as an Associate and a Summer Associate in 2014. In addition to current responsibilities, Dan serves as a Mentor at Berkeley SkyDeck since October 2024. Previous experience includes internships at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and positions as a Law Clerk at Suh & Co and a Summer Law Clerk at Kim & Chang in 2013. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as Head Instructor at Chungdahm Learning from 2007 to 2012 and participation in the Trustee's Fellowship with World Learning - International Honors Program in 2011. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley (2003-2007).
