David Guedry

David Guedry serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Lamplighter School since May 2023. With significant expertise in law, David is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP in the Technology & Outsourcing Practice since May 2015. Prior to this position, David held partner roles at K&L Gates focusing on Outsourcing and Commercial Contracts, and at Jones Day as the Partner and Global Leader of the Outsourcing Practice. David began a legal career at Hughes & Luce LLP, serving as a Partner in Outsourcing. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
