Dr. Wolfgang Freiherr Raitz von Frentz

Dr. Wolfgang Freiherr Raitz von Frentz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of telecommunications, media, and technology. Currently serving as a Partner and Co-Head of the German Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) Group at McDermott Will & Emery since December 2003, Dr. Raitz von Frentz previously worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from July 1998 to December 2003. Earlier in the career, Dr. Raitz von Frentz gained valuable experience as a Clerk (Referendar) at Kammergericht between February 1995 and January 1997. Academic achievements include a Doctorate in Law (Dr. Jur.) and a First State Exam from the University of Regensburg, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cape Town, and participation in the Erasmus program focused on International Law and Legal Studies at the University of Aberdeen.
