Jeanine Goodson

Jeanine Goodson is an experienced diversity and inclusion professional currently serving as the Diversity & Inclusion Operations Manager at McDermott Will & Emery since July 2019. Previously, Jeanine held various roles including Senior Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator and Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at the same firm, and served as the Firmwide Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included strategic planning and vendor negotiations for D&I initiatives. Jeanine's background also includes experience as Assistant Director of Student Life at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where diverse student groups were supported, and as Assistant Registrar at the University of Chicago Law School, overseeing exam operations. Additionally, Jeanine worked as a Residential Dean at Northwestern University and as an Assistant Treatment Team Supervisor at KidsPeace National Centers. Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
