Katie Cramond-Hill

Katie Cramond-Hill currently serves as the Director of Business Development International at McDermott Will & Emery, driving strategic direction for European business development teams to enhance revenue growth and client relationships. With a strong background in business development and marketing from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Katie progressed from a Business Development Executive to Associate Director, managing initiatives for global transactions and supporting regional marketing efforts in Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes roles at Ernst & Young as a Marketing Executive and Assistant, where Katie was recognized as the UK&I Marketeer of the Year in 2010. Katie holds a first class MA from The University of Edinburgh and has completed education at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
