Lisa Rumin

Lisa (Peterson) Rumin serves as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since October 2013, specializing in Antitrust & Competition. Lisa began with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2012, prior to which the experience included a role as a Summer Law Clerk at the North Carolina Business Court, focusing on corporate and commercial law issues. Early career endeavors featured a Community Aide Intern position at the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, along with a Legislative Intern and Research Assistant role at the United States House of Representatives, where significant projects on financial regulatory and health care reform were managed. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Northwestern University.
