Mark Fine

Mark Fine is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in prominent law firms and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since May 2020, Fine previously held the same title at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from May 2016 to May 2020. Prior to that, Fine was the European General Counsel at Bain Capital Credit from January 2014 to May 2016 and worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate and Partner from November 2008 to January 2014. Fine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Durham University between 2000 and 2003.
