Nick Paul

Nick Paul is a Partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice at McDermott Will & Emery, having joined the firm in June 2021 after serving as an Associate in the same practice. Prior to this role, Nick worked as an Associate in Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits at Baker McKenzie from September 2019 to May 2021 and gained experience at Foley & Lardner LLP as an Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Associate and a Summer Associate. Nick's early legal experience includes a Summer Law Clerk position at the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office and a Law Clerk-Case Management Specialist role at Fabbrini Law Group, LLC. Nick began a professional career as a Charitable Game Day Raffle Ticket Salesperson for the Chicago Cubs.
