Paul Devinsky

Paul Devinsky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. As a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLC since April 1996, Devinsky serves as Editor-In-Chief of the MWE IP Update and is based in Washington, D.C. Prior to this role, Devinsky was Counsel at Wilian Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione from January 1994 to March 1996 and a Partner at Marks & Murase from 1982 to 1993, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and unfair competition, while working with a sophisticated clientele. Devinsky holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
