Timothee Gagnepain

Timothee Gagnepain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and finance. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Restructuring Practice at McDermott Will & Emery LLP in Paris since May 2018, Timothee has previously held partner positions at BREMOND & ASSOCIÉS and Fuchs Cohana Reboul & Associés. Earlier in his career, Timothee gained valuable experience as an associate at Sonier & Associés and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, holding positions in New York, London, and Paris. Timothee's academic credentials include an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Columbia Law School and a DESS in International Tax from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
