Project Coordinator at McDonald Building

Beth Cichonski has a long and varied career in the construction industry. BETH began their career in 1994 as an Assistant at LF Driscoll, where they provided daily support to Preconstruction Director, Chief Mechanical Engineer, Senior Project Executives and Estimating Department team members. BETH was responsible for the preparation and coordination of all AIA documentation and supporting contracts. In 2001, they moved to George E. Michael & Co. Inc., where they provided daily support for the CEO, CFO and Vice President. BETH designed and coordinated the production of news releases, promotional pieces and brochures, and scheduled meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. In 2006, they joined Toll Brothers as an Executive Group Managing Assistant, providing high-level administrative support to the Group and Regional Presidents for the luxury homebuilder with annual revenues of $2 billion. BETH was the primary liaison between all departments ensuring proper communications and reporting practices. In 2011, Beth returned to LF Driscoll as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, coordinating and executing the development and production of over $700M in winning proposals. BETH designed/formatted proposals in accordance with RFP/RFQ requirements and firm graphic standards, and did research project award opportunities and developed custom submissions. Most recently, Beth joined McDonald Building Company in 2020 as a Project Coordinator.

Beth Cichonski earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Philadelphia University between 1986 and 1990. BETH also obtained two certifications from Procore Technologies in 2020: Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) in August, and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) in June.
