Greg Giordano

Greg Giordano is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Gaming Law and Antitrust Law, with extensive experience in the regulation and licensing of publicly traded corporations. Currently a Partner at McDonald Carano Wilson LLP since March 2015, Greg focuses on gaming compliance, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and the regulation of institutional investors. Previously, Greg held the position of Partner at Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP, and served as Acting General Counsel & Compliance Officer at SLS Las Vegas. Greg's earlier roles include Partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. and Lionel Sawyer & Collins, as well as Chief of the Corporate Securities Division at the Nevada State Gaming Control Board. Greg received a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and History from Notre Dame de Namur University and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
