Safety Director Mike Lee has over 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. As a Journeyman Electrician, Mike is OSHA 500 trained and has attended numerous OSHA and NFPA training classes, including NFPA 70E, confined space, trench rescue, HAZWOPER, and NFPA Hot Works instructor. Mike is certified as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and a Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction (STSC) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). Mike is also a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). He has expertise in all aspects of the construction site and electrical construction safety. As Safety Director, Mike ensures that all employees of the McDonald Electrical team are up-to-date with all applicable training and safety requirements, including OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour training. During weekly job site visits, Mike works with the foremen and electricians so that each member of their team works in accordance with the highest industry safest standards and methods to complete each task. Mike is also a Massachusetts licensed Emergency Medical Technician and an American Heart Association trained CPR Instructor.
