Mohit Kumar is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in legal and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at McDonald's India since June 2020, Mohit also holds the position of Company Secretary at RPL Capital Finance Limited, beginning in July 2016, and has been a Legal Assistant at Decorous Investment & Trading Co. Ltd. since January 2015, focusing on compliance for a BSE listed company. Previously, Mohit worked as a Company Secretary at Sanjeev Kumar Jha & Associates for a brief period in late 2014. Educational qualifications include an ICSI degree in Legal from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2009-2014) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from CCS University (2008-2011).
