Amy joined McDonald’s Corporation in 2011 where she leads McDonald’s compliance strategy globally and is responsible for administering McDonald’s compliance program, including anti-corruption initiatives, stakeholder engagement, due diligence and compliance investigations. Amy’s remit also includes enterprise risk management and safety governance.
Amy has eighteen years combined experience in compliance and safety, having previously launched compliance programs at the City of Chicago and DePaul University and served as the Chief Safety and Security Officer for the Chicago Transit Authority.
Amy’s educational background includes a BA in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree from The John Marshall Law School, and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School. In addition, Amy is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
