Andy (Young Hak) Chung is currently the Senior Director and Head of Information Technology and Digital at McDonald's Korea, where they spearhead IT and digital initiatives to enhance business infrastructure and develop digital products. Previously, they held various leadership roles in mobile device product management and development at companies such as SK Telecom and Helio. Andy earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, an M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA in Information and Media from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. With extensive experience in the technology and food and beverage industries, they possess a strong background in digital product management and the unique challenges faced by restaurants.
