Lorelie Parolin

Lorelie Parolin is the People Officer for USA West at McDonald's. Lorelie has over 20 years of experience in training and development, including six years with McDonald's Corporation. Lorelie has a passion for helping people grow and develop their skills, and they are dedicated to building a strong team of employees who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Lorelie Parolin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, as well as a Master of Science in Communication from St. Norbert College. Lorelie also has a certification from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Executive Development from the Global Talent Management Institute.
