Herb Scott

Herb Scott is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Director of Upper School Admissions at McDonogh School since August 2019. Previously, Herb held the position of Director of Admission & Student Advancement at Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys from August 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included developing and executing recruitment strategies. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Director at Interstages from March 2004 to August 2013, a Music Educator with the District of Columbia Public Schools from August 2002 to June 2004, and Principal at Peyton McCall Inc. from January 2000 to January 2003. Herb Scott holds a Graduate Certificate in Education/Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Music Performance from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College.
