Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll is an experienced professional in the retail and convenience store industry, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Retail at McDougall Energy Inc. since May 2006. In this role, Michael leads operations for various company-owned retail locations and inspires the development of a skilled team. Previous positions include Regional Manager for the Auto Market, where brand development for Retail Fuel in Northern Ontario and British Columbia was a key focus, as well as Convenience Business Manager overseeing retail gas and convenience stores. Additionally, Michael contributes to the Ontario Convenience Stores Association as a Vice Chair Board Member, supporting independent convenience stores across Ontario. Earlier in their career, Michael held roles at Mac's Convenience Stores, including Director of Operations and Market Manager.
