Colin Santos, CCIM, CPM, CAPS has a strong history of work experience in the real estate industry. Colin started their career at Lincoln Property Company in 2005 as a Regional Property Manager, where they served until October 2012. During their time there, they developed valuable skills in property management and gained a deep understanding of the regional real estate market.

In October 2012, Colin moved on to join McDowell Properties as the Vice President - Asset Manager, a role they currently hold. This position has allowed him to further expand their expertise in asset management and strategic planning. With their extensive experience and professional certifications, Colin Santos is well-equipped to excel in the real estate industry.

Colin Santos, CCIM, CPM, CAPS obtained a Bachelor Of Arts in History from Texas State University from 1994 to 1999. Colin also holds a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, which they obtained in September 2020.
