Jon-Paul Karam has an extensive background in finance and real estate analysis. Jon-Paul began their career at KKR as an Accountant from January 2011 to February 2015. Following this, they worked at Hercules Capital, Inc. as a Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst from February 2015 to April 2016. Jon-Paul then moved on to New Island Capital Management, Inc., where they served as a Financial Analyst from May 2016 to May 2017. Currently, they are employed at McDowell Properties, where they have held various positions. Jon-Paul started as a Real Estate Financial Analyst from May 2017 to July 2019, then took on the role of Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst from July 2019 to December 2022. Jon-Paul is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Finance, a position they have held since December 2022.

Jon-Paul Karam earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration- Management from the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University.
