Kelsey Wellman

Kelsey Wellman currently serves as the Development and Operations Coordinator at McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, having joined in October 2025. Previously, Kelsey held positions at DEPT® as Manager of Paid Social and Digital Marketing Account Coordinator, where responsibilities included developing full-funnel marketing strategies for B2B clients, managing substantial monthly budgets, and conducting performance analytics to optimize campaigns. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Coordinator at Verizon Business, where Kelsey managed project delivery for Walgreens and coordinated timelines with stakeholders. Additional roles included mentoring at Poole College of Management and various marketing internships, which provided a solid foundation in digital marketing, campaign management, and client relationship building. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University.
