Tom Shachar

Tom Shachar is a Program Manager and Product Team Lead at MCE Systems, where Tom leads a team of 11 individuals across development, product management, and QA. Tom began their journey at MCE Systems as a Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing end-to-end project delivery. Prior to that, Tom was a Customer Success Manager at RESTIGO where Tom increased revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Tom also served as a Retention Manager at Algoways and as a Derivatives Trader at Futures First. Before entering the corporate world, Tom served as a Combat officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Jolt.io.
