Michelle Burnett

Michelle Burnett has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Michelle began their career at Agway Inc., a $3 billion distributor of lawn, garden, pet, farm, and equine products. Starting as an Accounting Management Trainee, Michelle excelled in financial and operations management, earning continuous promotions through the Executive Leadership Program. After leaving Agway Inc., they joined American Food and Vending as the CFO, where they created a back office to support the company's rapid growth. Michelle then worked as a Management Consultant at JC Jones before becoming the CFO of Cleaners Supply, where they improved accounting and cash management functions. Following this role, Michelle was recruited by private equity investors to serve as the CFO/GM of DeIorio Foods, where they oversaw finance, manufacturing operations, IT, HR, risk management, and quality control. Michelle was later recruited by an equity group portfolio company, Wenner Bread Products, as the CFO and CO-CEO. In this role, Michelle was responsible for improving financial performance, cash flow, and overall financial management. Currently, Michelle works as the CFO at MCE - Motion & Control Enterprises, LLC.
