Karm Poonian

Karm Poonian is a Land Development Project Manager at McElhanney since June 2018, specializing in the design and management of land development projects primarily within the Township of Langley and City of Surrey. Responsibilities include overseeing civil utilities, site grading, and various construction plans from feasibility through to completion, along with acting as a contract administrator for civil contracts. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineering Student at Protech Consulting Ltd., where Karm developed a detailed civil design for a subdivision and supported project tender processes, and as an Assistant Site Foreman at R&B Construction Ltd., managing construction schedules and supervising trades. Karm holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and has additional education from The University of Queensland.
