Jerad Pearson

Jerad Pearson has extensive experience in sales and project management within the construction and service sectors. Currently serving as Manager at McElroy Metal since August 2014, Jerad oversees staff scheduling, supervision, training, and customer engagement to boost sales at the Service Center. Previously, Jerad held the role of Director of Sales and Project Management at Johnson Construction LLC, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies, managing projects, and fostering client relationships. Additional experience includes positions as Regional Sales Manager at Mako Steel and Trachte Building Systems, as well as General Manager at U-Haul International, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and operational management. Educational credentials include studies at Madison Area Technical College and Columbus Senior High.
