Carlie French Ross

Carlie French Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both psychotherapy and real estate. Since March 2020, Carlie has been a REALTOR® at McEnearney Associates. In addition to this role, Carlie founded Carlie Ross, LLC in May 2008, offering psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and groups through The Inner Circle Center. Prior experience includes positions as a psychotherapist in private practice, a therapist at The Women's Center, and co-facilitator at Group Psychotherapy of Washington DC, where diverse therapy techniques were employed. Carlie's earlier career involved significant roles at America Online, Inc. as GM & Director and at the International Monetary Fund as a Computer Systems Officer, where leadership in program development and operational management was demonstrated. Carlie holds a Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
