Laticia Headings is an experienced professional in real estate and media production, currently serving as a Virginia Realtor at McEnearney Associates since July 2022. A resident of Middleburg, Laticia utilizes local knowledge to assist clients in finding their ideal homes in the hunt country area. Additionally, Laticia hosts and produces "The Middleburg Life," a docu-series that highlights the unique aspects of Middleburg, while also contributing as a digital content creator for Middleburg Life Magazine. As the Principal and Founder of Latitude: Media with Attitude, Laticia focuses on video production, helping clients bring their stories to life. Previous roles include video producer and writer for various companies, including Bully Pulpit Interactive and HGTV, and providing talent support during Oscars at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Laticia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Policy & Management Studies with a concentration in International Relations from Dickinson College, along with a business degree from the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.
