Rita Lei

Rita Lei is a Partner at MCF Corporate Finance since July 2023, specializing in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in Europe. Prior to this role, Rita served as Managing Director at Torch Partners from November 2010 to July 2023, advising on significant M&A and private capital transactions in the Software and Technology sectors, including notable deals with Lodgify, Zoovu, and Gohenry. Rita's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Analyst at Cambridge Consultants from September 2008 to September 2010 and completion of a PhD at Sainsbury Laboratory from October 2004 to August 2008. Rita holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
