Gordon Keep

Gordon Keep is an experienced financial advisor currently delivering large-scale exploration for Europe's energy security at MCF Energy Ltd. since November 2022. As CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp, a position held since 2001, Gordon oversees equity financings, corporate structures for new natural resource companies, public company administration, and mergers and acquisitions, bringing over 31 years of corporate finance experience to the role. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Lion's Gate Entertainment and Vice President of Corporate Finance at Yorkton Securities. Gordon holds an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia and a BSc Honours in Geological Sciences from Queen's University.
