Brian Pieplow

Brian Pieplow, AICP, PMP, LEED AP, ENV SP, is a Principal Planner and part of the Growth Office Leadership Team at MCFA, where they lead strategic projects for the Department of Defense, Veteran's Administration, and transportation infrastructure sectors. With over 43 years of diversified experience, they have played significant leadership roles in more than 50 master planning and program management assignments, specializing in sustainable design and resiliency. Brian's previous positions include Vice President at HNTB and Project Planner roles at HOK and JJR, where they focused on community planning, land development, and military facilities. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati.
