Jeff M. has a diverse range of work experience in the retail and digital commerce industry. Jeff is currently working as an eCommerce & Marketplace Strategy Consultant at McFadyen Digital, where they lead the Retail & Ecommerce Strategy team. Prior to this, they founded Free Chicago Walking Tours, a company that provides high-quality guided tours led by experienced local tour guides.

Jeff also worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as part of the Digital Acceleration - 3P Ecommerce Marketplace team. Jeff was a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Marketplace at Peapod Digital Labs, where they focused on ecommerce marketplace strategies. Before that, they worked as a Senior Category Manager at Peapod, where they managed product categories.

In addition, Jeff has experience as the Head of Retail Development at Packyge, Inc and as a General Manager in the Pet Care and Health, Beauty & Personal Care categories at Topco Associates LLC. Jeff started their career at Walgreens, where they undertook various roles including Associate Category Manager, Assistant Category Manager, Purchasing Coordinator/Vendor Coordinator, and Business Management Intern & Walgreens Store Assistant Manager.

Jeff M. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Jeff attended the school from 2002 to 2007.
