Matt Kelley serves as the Global Director of Recruiting and HR at McFadyen Digital since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley was the Lead Recruiter and Director of Recruiting at Agensys Corporation, an IT staffing and professional services firm, from October 2009 to March 2022. Kelley's experience also includes positions as a Sr. Resource Manager at Sagent Partners and Resource Manager at Convergenz, where full life-cycle recruiting for IT professionals was a primary focus. Matt Kelley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University between 1999 and 2003.
