Thiago Rodrigo Oliveira

Thiago Rodrigo Oliveira has over five years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Thiago Rodrigo started their career as an Analyst at Stefanini in August 2015, where they provided support to applications and managed IT equipment and servers. In September 2016, Thiago joined Dell as an IT Analyst, where they continued to provide user support, manage IT equipment, and maintain servers and links. In September 2018, they joined Serede as an IT Analyst, where they performed similar tasks as their previous roles. Currently, Thiago is working at McFadyen Digital as a System Administrator/DevOps, providing support to users, managing IT equipment, installing and maintaining servers, and monitoring links and devices.

Thiago Rodrigo Oliveira attended Estácio from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Computer Networks and specialized in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in Remote Work from CertiProf. Thiago Rodrigo also holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf, which they obtained in September 2020. Furthermore, Thiago obtained an ITIL Foundations certification from Fundação Bradesco in July 2021.
