Jeb Lee

Jeb Lee is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical services and payor strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Services and Compliance Officer at McFarland Clinic PC since 1999, Jeb Lee oversees insurance contracting, ACO development, and various quality and compliance programs within Iowa's largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of Patient Financial Services and Director of Managed Care at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, along with an Administrative Fellowship at UnityPoint Health. Jeb Lee holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Buena Vista University.
