Chad Nixon

Chad Nixon has over 25 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Chad began their career in 1994 as an Air Traffic Controller/Operations Duty Officer in the US Navy, where they were responsible for providing airport facilities and services to support air operations. In 2005, Chad joined McFarland Johnson as the Aviation Director, where they provided strategic vision and market analyses to support the growth of the National Aviation Practice. Chad also served as a Technical Lead on aviation planning projects and oversaw the client maintenance program. In 2010, Chad was promoted to Senior Vice President/BDO at McFarland Johnson, where they were responsible for maximizing strategic growth by collaborating with stakeholders and providing leadership in decision-making processes. In 2020, they became the President & Chairman of McFarland-Johnson, Inc., where they continue to lead the company.

Chad Nixon attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a degree in MBA/A with a focus on Aviation Business.
