David R. Rosa

David R. Rosa serves as the Director of Southeast Operations and Senior Project Manager at McFarland Johnson since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Discipline Manager and Permit Coordinator/Senior Environmental Scientist at CSA Group, Architects and Engineers from April 2003 to December 2019. Additionally, David held the positions of Senior Environmental Scientist and Director of Environmental Operations at CECOS from August 2009 to August 2012. David R. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Sagrado Corazon, completing the degree in January 2000.
