Matthew Strickler has worked in the energy and software industries since 2007. From 2007-2011, they worked as a Student Sales Worker at the Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation, where they supervised six coworkers and was personally responsible for monetary transactions exceeding $2,000/day. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Core Analyst I and II at Core Laboratories, where they monitored, collected, and interpreted data for a $350K Shell Project, as well as determined and analyzed the basic and advanced rock properties of reservoir core samples. From 2013-2021, they worked at Paragon Energy Software as a Principal Software Developer and at Quorum Business Solutions as a Consultant. At their current role at MCG Energy Solutions, LLC, they are a Product Manager for Paragon CRMS and ETRM systems.
Matthew Strickler attended Cypress Falls High School from 2002 to 2006. Matthew then went on to Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2010. In 2012, they began a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, which they completed in 2015.
