Jen Bingaman

Ms. Bingaman leads MCG’s People & Culture team, overseeing every step of our organization’s employee and candidate experience. As the primary advocate of MCG’s vibrant culture, Ms. Bingaman is the executive sponsor for our Culture and IDEAS Committees; two employee communities dedicated to the health of our culture and our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has held HR leadership positions in many industries, including retail, aerospace, and technology. She is educated as a mental health counselor and that education informs how she views her work as a leader in HR and the world today. She firmly believes there is a world where humanity and work can be in harmony and is committed to developing practices and programs which support employees and their families.

Ms. Bingaman also holds a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification.
