Courtney Langford has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Courtney started their career at GSD&M as a Traffic Manager, where they managed time, information, and resources for various projects. Courtney then worked as an Assistant Traffic Supervisor, where they assisted in managing a department and was responsible for recruiting and training interns. Courtney later became a Traffic Supervisor, overseeing a team of 15 employees and managing the entire process of ad development.

Courtney then joined Lyon Advertising, where they held positions as the Operations Manager and New Business Executive, as well as the Vice President of Operations and Account/ New Business Executive. In these roles, they managed the development of sales and marketing plans, internal workflow systems, and corporate development initiatives.

Courtney then returned to GSD&M as a Broadcast Coordinator, managing the day-to-day operations of the broadcast department and providing support to freelance producers. Courtney later became a Broadcast Liaison and Occasional Associate Producer, where they hired and managed freelancer producers and assisted with production tasks.

Currently, Courtney is working at McGarrah Jessee as a Creative Resource Manager, although no specific end date is provided.
