Monique Parsons

Monique Parsons is the current President and CEO at McGaw YMCA. Monique has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Prior to their current role, they served as the Center Director at Ford Motor Company Family Service and Learning Center and as Club Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. Under their leadership, the McGaw YMCA has experienced significant growth and impact in the community.

Monique Parsons completed their undergraduate degree in Sociology of Law at the University of Minnesota.
