Sarah Karan Carver

Sarah Karan Carver is an Engineering Associate at McGill Associates, PA, since May 2022. Previously, Sarah served as a Teaching Assistant in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from October 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included assisting in Hydraulics and Hydrology and grading coursework. As a Student Philanthropy Representative, Sarah raised over $60,000 for the university and oversaw phonathon operations. In the summer of 2020, Sarah interned at One World Resource, conducting site evaluations of storm water discharges and ensuring compliance with permits and SWPPPs. Additionally, Sarah worked as an Assistant Site Manager at Zen Tubing Inc. from May 2015 to August 2021, managing staff schedules and payroll. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2022.
