Emma Hsu

Emma Hsu is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in international affairs, policy, and business development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and as a Global Ambassador for the Hawaii Alumni Community at McGill University, Emma contributes to various initiatives and networking efforts. Emma has held positions such as Foundation Scholar at the East-West Center, Chandler Public Policy and Conflict Studies Scholar at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace, and Adjunct Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where Emma co-authored research on 5G technology patenting strategies. With extensive experience in project management and innovation scouting at companies like Intralink and Wideview Group, Emma's educational background includes a Ph.D. in World History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from McGill University.
