Julie Ghayad

Julie Ghayad has extensive experience in finance and transaction services, currently serving as the Director of Systems and Transaction Services at McGill University since January 2004. In this role, Julie leads projects focused on the Financial Information System and oversees operational teams, including Finance Help Desk, Finance System Security, and Accounts Payable. Throughout Julie's tenure at McGill, various director and associate director roles were held, with responsibilities encompassing the management of financial services, process improvements, and significant systems implementations. Prior to McGill, Julie was the Director of Procurement, Accounting & Special Projects at Sun Life Financial, where project management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Julie holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from McGill University.
