Austin Brister

Austin Brister is a Partner in Litigation at McGinnis Lochridge, with extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, specializing in lease perpetuation, mineral title, and royalty payment disputes, among other operational issues. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Jones Gill, LLP, focusing on oil and gas transactions and litigation, and Associate Attorney at Sadler Law Firm, where Austin assisted clients in various oil and gas legal matters, including acquisitions and divestitures.
